By purchasing, enrolling in, accessing, or participating in The Hair Empire Academy™ or any related digital offer, you (“Customer,” “User,” or “Student”) agree to these Terms & Conditions.

These Terms apply to all current and future Hair Empire Academy™ courses, digital products, communities, resources, bonuses, vendor materials, downloads, and educational services.

1. Products & Services

The Hair Empire Academy™ provides digital education designed to help aspiring hair entrepreneurs learn how to build, source, brand, launch, and grow a hair extension business.

Products and services may include, but are not limited to:

• The Hair Empire Academy™ classroom and private community

• Step-by-step hair business trainings

• Hair sourcing and manufacturer education

• Exclusive vendor lists and vendor resources

• Hair Business Starter Checklist

• Hair Brand Pricing Guide

• Hair Vendor Comparison Worksheet

• Empire Resource Vault

• Templates, worksheets, guides, and downloads

• Branding, Shopify, pricing, marketing, and launch education

• Community Q&A and educational support

• Future trainings, resources, bonuses, or digital products

• Email communications

• SMS/text message communications

Certain materials may be updated, expanded, reorganized, replaced, or improved at the Company's discretion.

2. Educational Use Only

All Hair Empire Academy™ materials are provided for personal educational and informational purposes only.

Enrollment does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property, vendor information, supplier information, systems, strategies, templates, trainings, resources, or other Academy content.

Students may not:

• Share, reproduce, copy, distribute, or resell Academy materials

• Share or sell vendor lists, manufacturer information, or supplier resources

• Republish vendor information publicly or inside another course, group, or community

• Repurpose Academy materials for commercial use

• Share account access or login credentials

• Record, reproduce, teach, or recreate Academy trainings as their own

• Distribute downloads, worksheets, templates, or resources to non-members

• Unauthorized sharing, reproduction, resale, or misuse may result in immediate termination of access without refund and other remedies available under applicable law.

3. Digital Product Delivery & Fulfillment

All Hair Empire Academy™ courses, trainings, downloads, resources, communities, and educational materials are digital goods and services.

By purchasing and accepting these Terms at checkout, you acknowledge that digital fulfillment may begin immediately.

Delivery may be considered initiated when one or more of the following occurs:

• Purchase confirmation or onboarding emails are sent

• Skool or Academy access is granted

• Trainings or classroom materials become accessible

• Digital resources or downloads become available

• Vendor resources become accessible

• Login or access instructions are delivered

Failure to log in, participate, access materials, complete lessons, download resources, or locate onboarding communications does not by itself mean that the digital product was not delivered.

4. Enrollment, Lifetime Access & Content Updates

The Hair Empire Academy™ is currently offered as a one-time enrollment unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Where an offer is advertised as including lifetime access, “lifetime” means access for the commercial life of that specific program or platform while it remains actively offered and maintained by the Company, subject to these Terms.

Academy access may include:

• Classroom trainings

• Private community access

• Digital downloads and worksheets

• Vendor resources

• Resource Vault materials

• Bonuses

• Future updates or improvements made available to existing students at the Company's discretion

The Hair Empire Academy™ reserves the right to update, reorganize, replace, add, remove, or modify lessons, resources, platforms, bonuses, vendors, or other program components as the Academy evolves.

5. Vendor & Manufacturer Disclaimer

Vendor, supplier, and manufacturer information provided inside The Hair Empire Academy™ is shared for educational and informational purposes only.

The Hair Empire Academy™ does not own, operate, control, or guarantee any independent vendor or manufacturer unless expressly stated otherwise.

Vendor relationships, pricing, minimum order quantities, product quality, shipping times, policies, availability, communication, and business practices may change at any time.

Students are responsible for conducting their own due diligence before:

• Placing an order

• Sending payment

• Entering into an agreement with a supplier

• Purchasing inventory

• Reselling products

• Making business decisions based on vendor information

Students are encouraged to order samples, test product quality, verify supplier information, and independently evaluate any vendor before making a significant financial commitment.

Inclusion of a vendor or manufacturer in Academy materials does not constitute a guarantee of future performance, product quality, profitability, availability, or business results.

6. Refund Policy

All sales are final, subject to applicable law.

Because The Hair Empire Academy™ provides digital educational content, proprietary resources, vendor information, downloads, and community access, purchases are generally non-refundable once access or digital fulfillment has begun, except where a refund or cancellation right is required by applicable law or expressly offered in writing by the Company.

Refunds are not ordinarily provided solely because of:

• Change of mind

• Failure to participate

• Failure to log in

• Non-use of materials

• Failure to complete the program

• Dissatisfaction with individual results

• Failure to implement the training

• Changes in a student's personal or business circumstances

7. Payment Plans & Third-Party Financing

Where payment options are made available through third-party providers such as Affirm, Afterpay, Klarna, or another financing service, approval, payment schedules, fees, and financing terms are determined by the applicable third-party provider.

The Hair Empire Academy™ does not control third-party financing approvals or terms.

Using a financing provider does not change these Terms or the applicable refund policy.

8. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

If you believe there has been a billing error or unauthorized transaction, please contact the Company promptly so the matter can be reviewed.

Improper or fraudulent payment disputes concerning a valid purchase may result in suspension or termination of Academy access while the dispute is investigated.

The Company may provide relevant transaction and fulfillment documentation to payment processors or financial institutions when responding to a dispute, including:

• Checkout records

• Acceptance of these Terms

• Purchase confirmations

• Access records

• Onboarding communications

• Course or community access information

• Relevant participation records

Nothing in this section limits any rights a consumer may have under applicable law or card-network rules.

9. Intellectual Property & Protected Materials

All Hair Empire Academy™ content and materials are owned by or licensed to the Company and may be protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• Vendor and manufacturer resources

• Guides and worksheets

• Templates and downloads

• Resource Vault materials

• Graphics, written materials, and presentations

• Community educational content

Purchasing the Academy grants you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to access and use the materials for your own education.

You may not copy, sell, distribute, reproduce, publicly share, teach, license, or commercially exploit Academy materials without prior written authorization.

10. Community Standards & Conduct

Students participating in The Hair Empire Academy™ community agree to:

• Treat students, staff, moderators, and leadership respectfully

• Avoid harassment, bullying, threats, or disruptive behavior

• Respect the privacy and intellectual property of other members

• Avoid unauthorized solicitation, spam, or promotion

• Not distribute proprietary Academy or vendor information outside the community

• Maintain professional and respectful conduct

Serious or repeated violations may result in suspension or removal from the community and/or Academy, subject to applicable law.

11. Business & Results Disclaimer

The Hair Empire Academy™ provides education, strategies, resources, and business guidance. It does not guarantee any specific business or financial result.

The Company does not guarantee:

• Revenue or profit

• Sales

• Customers or clientele

• Successful product launches

• Vendor performance

• Advertising results

• Shopify sales

• Business growth

• Specific financial outcomes

Results vary based on factors including individual effort, implementation, experience, market conditions, product quality, pricing, marketing, financial resources, and other circumstances outside the Company's control.

Testimonials and student results represent individual experiences and should not be interpreted as guarantees of what another student will achieve.

12. Business, Legal, Tax & Financial Responsibility

The Academy provides general business education and does not provide individualized legal, accounting, tax, investment, or financial advice.

Students remain responsible for their own business decisions and for complying with applicable laws, regulations, licenses, taxes, product requirements, advertising rules, and other obligations associated with operating their businesses.

Students should consult qualified professionals when appropriate.

13. Testimonials & Marketing Use

Where permitted by law, testimonials, reviews, or success stories voluntarily submitted to The Hair Empire Academy™ may be used for marketing or promotional purposes.

For non-public student content, private community posts, identifiable screenshots, photographs, or other materials where additional consent is appropriate, the Company may request permission before promotional use.

Students may contact the Company with questions regarding use of their submitted testimonial or content.

14. Third-Party Platforms

The Hair Empire Academy™ may use third-party platforms and services to deliver its products, including Skool, payment processors, email providers, SMS providers, website platforms, or other technology services.

The Company is not responsible for temporary outages, platform changes, technical interruptions, or policies imposed by third-party providers that are outside the Company's reasonable control.

Where reasonably possible, the Company will work to restore or provide alternative access when a significant platform issue affects Academy delivery.

15. SMS / TEXT MESSAGE TERMS

By providing your mobile telephone number and affirmatively opting in to receive SMS/text messages from The Hair Empire Academy™ or Abundant Beauty Studios LLC, you consent to receive text messages from or on behalf of the Company at the telephone number provided.

By purchasing, enrolling, accessing the Academy, or checking the Terms & Conditions box at checkout, you acknowledge that:

• You have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions

• You understand that the Academy provides digital educational products and services

• You understand the applicable refund policy

• You agree to protect proprietary Academy materials and vendor information

• You understand that your access is personal and non-transferable

• You understand that business, vendor, and financial results are not guaranteed

• You agree to conduct your own due diligence when working with vendors and manufacturers
• You understand that SMS/text messaging is subject to separate consent

• You understand that message and data rates may apply

• You understand that SMS message frequency may vary

• You may opt out of marketing SMS messages at any time by replying STOP

• You may request SMS assistance by replying HELP

• You understand that consent to promotional SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing goods or services
